The staff is friendly and pet-friendly, with great service. The location offers a beautiful river view. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and bar area were enjoyable. Convenient ski room with boot dryer. Close proximity to Ischgl ski area. Nice pool and quiet forest area. German staff member made our stay better.

We spent our New Year's holiday in a charming hotel in the Tyrolean Alps. the location was perfect as it allowed us to easily access the ski slopes, and we didn't need to drive long distances. the breakfast was absolutely delicious and we loved the variety of fresh foods and drinks offered. the ski room was spacious, clean, and the boots dryer was a nice touch.
There were a few things that we didn't like. Although the room was clean, we noticed that the bathroom was dated and could use some renovation.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our time here, and they made us feel welcomed. The room was cozy and clean, with a stunning view of the river and mountains that was truly breathtaking. We were also pleased with the hotel facilities, especially the laundry facilities which were excellent and a big help for our trip. Furthermore, the breakfast was delightful, offering a great start to each day. the location was ideal, very close to the Ischgl ski area, and we had no trouble with parking or transportation.

The staff were all incredibly friendly, and we never had any issues with our pets staying with us. The location was quiet and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful nature. We also loved having a balcony in our room, providing us with stunning views of the mountains.
We did find that some of the staff weren't very knowledgeable about the hiking trails in the area, which was a bit frustrating. we were disappointed to find out that the wellness center was closed during our stay.
